Privacy notice
How the company that operates WAVE handles personal data when you visit this website or email WAVE.
Who we are
This website, timetowave.com, is run by TIME TO WAVE TECHNOLOGIES LTD (company number 17544746), registered office 27 Old Gloucester St, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at hello@timetowave.com.
What this notice covers
This notice covers this website and emails you send us. It does not cover the WAVE app: a separate privacy policy for the app will be published in the Legal centre before the app is available.
What we collect
When you visit this website: there are no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical information needed to deliver the pages and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each request.
When you email us: your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. You don't have to email us, but we need your email address to reply.
Why we use it
We use this information to run and secure the website, and to read and reply to your messages. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in doing those things. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Zoho Mail (email) process this information on our behalf. Some of this processing may take place outside the UK; where it does, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for up to 12 months after our last exchange, unless we need them for longer for a legal reason. Technical logs are kept by Cloudflare for a limited period under its own retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to or ask us to restrict how we use it. Email hello@timetowave.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), but we would appreciate the chance to help first.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies or use similar technology, apart from the security cookie our hosting provider may need, explained on the Cookies page. Cookies
